Our Story

Valworks was built from a passion for construction that started at a young age.

For our founder, construction was never just a job—it was something he genuinely enjoyed. Over the years, that passion turned into hands-on experience across a wide range of trades and industries, including fencing, interlocking, pools, carpentry, drywall, taping and mudding, painting, flooring, concrete work, waterproofing, and excavation.

That experience eventually led to where we are today: heavy civil infrastructure and underground construction, with five years of industry experience focused on the work that happens beneath the surface—water, sewer, excavation, and infrastructure.

Along the way, one person has been there side-by-side through much of that journey: his brother. For the past four years, the two have worked together, building their skills, learning the industry, and taking on new challenges. With experience extending beyond construction, they bring different perspectives, skills, and a strong sense of teamwork to every project.

Valworks is the next chapter of that journey.

Our vision is to build a company known for quality workmanship, safety, accountability, and respect—not only for our clients and crews, but for the communities we work in.

As a First Nations-owned company, we also want Valworks to create opportunities to support Indigenous communities and reserves through reliable contracting services, infrastructure work, and meaningful relationships. Our goal is to grow alongside the communities we serve and contribute to stronger, safer infrastructure for generations to come.
